CHICAGO — Bears fans can still get tickets to a Soldier Field game — just be careful they're real.

"Ticket scammers" are already selling fake Bears tickets and merchandise online, according to the Better Business Bureau, which could mean problems for passionate fans. But there are still ways to get real tickets.

Here are the Better Business Bureau's tips for buying tickets safely:

• Spot a deal that's too good to be true? It probably is. Scalpers know fans will get excited about the game and ticket deals.

• Buy your tickets from an established business.

• Buy from a licensed site if you're buying tickets online.

• Use a credit card so you can dispute the charge if something fishy happens.

• Tell police and the Better Business Bureau if you've been scammed. You can inform the Better Business Bureau of scams online.

You can also exchange tickets with other fans through the NFL Ticket Exchange, according to the Bears. Illinois law also allows fans to legally resell tickets on other registered websites.
