ANDERSONVILLE — An Andersonville art studio will reopen as an art supply store Thursday.

From 6:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Martha Mae will celebrate its grand opening in the former of Vignette Vignette, 5407 N. Clark St., according to a press release.

The store, which is owned by Jean Marie Cate, will offer a retail and supply section for artists, plus a communal area for private or small group lessons, according to Joelle Scillia, director of marketing for the Andersonville Chamber of Commerce.

Thursday's party will be catered by Defloured Bakery and feature art from Cate, Andrew Jessup and Christie Chapin.
