WICKER PARK — Next week, a fertility doctor plans to open an office on a Milwaukee Avenue block that's packed with bars, restaurants and shops.
According to a post on its Facebook page, Vios Fertility Institute, led by Dr. Angeline N. Beltsos, will open on Monday at 1455 N. Milwaukee Ave. in Wicker Park.
The second-floor office where the clinic will operate out of has sat empty since spring 2015, when Dermatology & Aesthetics relocated to Lincoln Park.
The building's first floor, most recently home to a Citibank branch that closed last year, is still for rent, according to a sign.
Beltsos, a reproductive endrocrinologist and infertility specialist, has been practicing medicine since 1991 according to a biography on Vios' website.
Beltsos' team also includes two other doctors, Julie S. Rhee and Shawn Zimmerman.
Beltsos was not immediately available for comment.
