CHICAGO — A man has been charged with murder in the 2015 shooting death of Kortney Blakes.
Ricky Dortch, 29, of the 2900 block of West Harrison Street, has been charged with two counts of murder and two counts of aggravated battery, according to a Chicago Police news release.
Dortch was arrested on Thursday. Police said he played a "key role" in the shooting deaths of two men in an Aug. 26 attack near Horan Park, 3025 W. Van Buren Ave. Two other men were wounded in the shooting.
Dortch will appear in court on Saturday.
