THE LOOP — Men armed with fake fundraising fliers are robbing Loop diners at lunch, police said.
In the crimes, suspects use fliers to gain favor with victims eating at Jewelers Row restaurants, only to shove the victims and take their cell phones and wallets, police said.

The daytime robberies occurred:
•at 12:40 p.m. May 25 in the first block of South Wabash Avenue.
•at 12:45 p.m. June 24 in the 100 block of North Wabash Avenue.
