CHICAGO — Don't take Lake Shore Drive on the way to Beyonce's concerts in Chicago this weekend.

Between the concerts, Saturday's Soldier Field 10 Mile and Sunday's Bike the Drive event, Lake Shore Drive is sure to be a mess before it is closed for much of Sunday morning.

Members of the "Beyhive" will be descending on the Museum Campus Friday and Saturday night to attend Beyonce's tour stop at Soldier Field.

The shows will be well-attended: Beyonce's Friday show sold out quickly, so the pop star added a Saturday show. Both shows are slated to begin at 7:30 p.m.

Early Saturday, the Soldier Field 10 Mile could also cause traffic delays on Lake Shore Drive as thousands of runners are expected to attend. The event starts at 7 a.m. and its after-party won't end until 11:30 a.m.

On Sunday, Lake Shore Drive will be closed 5-11 a.m. between Bryn Mawr and 57th for Bike the Drive, according to the city's Office of Emergency Management and Communications. Bicyclists will take over Lake Shore Drive as part of the annual event.

You can still register for the Bike the Drive here.
