WICKER PARK — A vintage 2-flat apartment building in Wicker Park that underwent a gut rehab three years ago is now on the market with an asking price of $775,000.

Located at 1745 W. Le Moyne St., the building was constructed in 1899, according to real estate agent Jane Stahmer.

Stahmer put the property — which she described as a "beautifully updated" — on the market Friday. Stahmer said the building's owner recently relocated to Ohio and needs to sell.

The building was most recently sold in 2013 for $465,000, according to county records.

The remodeled top floor one-bedroom unit has an electric fireplace and modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a wine refrigerator and bar/breakfast area, according to its listing.

The first floor three-bedroom apartment offers hardwood floors, lots of storage, in-unit laundry and a back patio.

Both units currently have a combined rental income of $4,200 monthly and are already rented, with leases set to expire next summer.

Stahmer said the unfinished basement could be converted into a garden unit apartment.
