WEST LOOP — Swedish indie rock band Peter Bjorn & John, indie pop duo Ms Mr and Australian alt-rock band Atlas Genius will headline the Taste of Randolph 2016 in the West Loop, officials announced Thursday.
One of the city's most popular summer street festivals, the Taste of Randolph Street festival celebrates it's 20th anniversary this year June 17-19 on a stretch of Randolph Street.
To celebrate the 20th year, Taste of Randolph will team up with Visit Denver, Denver's Convention and Visitors Bureau, to construct a scale replica of the Red Rocks Amphitheater on site. Hand-sculpted to mimic the venue's monoliths and red sandstone striations, the Denver Live on the Rocks stage will feature national headliners who originated in Colorado and daily chances for festival attendees to win an all-expense paid trip to Denver.
On June 19, four local Chicago bands — Zaramela, Akasha, Bailiff, The Ivorys — will play the WXRT “Road to Red Rocks” show, on the Denver Live on the Rocks Stage, to win a chance to perform at the real Red Rocks Amphitheater in July.

VIP tickets, which include access to VIP lounges, reserved concert seating, beer discount and other perks, are on sale now.
Participants will be asked to give an optional $10 donation upon entering the fest. The donation benefits the West Loop Community Organization.
