WEST LOOP — A West Loop executive is selling her sunny triplex loft in the West Loop for $1 million, according to a listing that went live this week.

The 3,100-square-foot, three-level heavy timber loft features flexible living space, 18-foot ceilings and a private balcony in a full-service doorman building at 1000 W. Washington Blvd. The unit is one of the largest in the historic loft buildings.

Unit 140 currently has two en-suite bedrooms with space to add a third bedroom, three bathrooms, a new kitchen with custom cabinetry and hidden bar, dining room space to seat more than 20, and a main living area flooded with natural light from 15 feet of windows, laundry room and attached parking available.

The loft's lower level would make a perfect game room, private theater or den, said listing agent Christine Lutz of Kinzie Brokerage.

Seller June Kirchgatter, president of ad agency Juniper Group, bought the 1000 W. Washington loft in 2003 for $465,000, records show.
