Around 3:45 p.m., a 27-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man were standing in the 9600 block of South Brennan Avenue when a masked man shot at them out of a passing car, according to Officer Janel Sedevic, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The wounded woman was pregnant, according to a witness.
