UPTOWN — A new apartment complex will bring six three-bedroom apartments, garage parking and a Jet's Pizza to Clark Street when it opens in early June.
Residents at FIFTY58 Clark Street will be able to take an elevator up to their new 1,800-square-foot apartments with "high-end condo-like finishes" and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Clark Street, said Carrie McCormick, the real estate agent for the building.
Rent for second-floor apartments will be $3,300 per month. Third-floor apartments will rent for $3,400 and fourth-floor apartments will rent for $3,550 per month, said McCormick of @properties.
The complex should be ready for move-in by late May or June 1, McCormick said.
