BRIDGEPORT — High school students from around the state will converge on the Zhou B Art Center March 6 to showcase their art to win college scholarships.

The Illinois High School Art Exhibition will run in tandem with the neighborhood’s 3rd Friday events from 7-10 p.m. at 1029 W. 35th St.

More than 500 works of art from 500 student artists will be on display at the center.

Last year, students at the Illinois High School Art Exhibition received over $15 million in scholarship money from 60 colleges.
