Third Coast Review
CHICAGO — Gapers Block might be gone, but its former writers just launched an arts and culture website.
Third Coast Review will cover theater and dance, movies, food and every artsy thing in between. It will be run by Nancy Bishop, who was the arts editor for Gapers Block, and is staffed by several former Gapers Block writers and editors.
The blog will focus on arts and culture in Chicago, but writers will also venture to the suburbs and beyond Cook County, Bishop said in a post on the website.
Gapers Block went on hiatus this month.
