CHICAGO — New videos have been released from the night Laquan McDonald was shot and killed by a Chicago Police officer in October 2014, according to CBS2 and other outlets.
The footage comes from dashcams on additional police vehicles that responded to the scene on the night McDonald was shot by Officer Jason Van Dyke.
The shooting led to first-degree murder charges against Van Dyke on Tuesday, and the release of the original video of the incident has led to two straight nights of protests in Chicago.
