HYDE PARK — The City Hyde Park development is nearly done and that means road closures while the large construction equipment is moved out.

Harper Avenue and Hyde Park Boulevard will be closed Tuesday through Thursday to all inbound and outbound traffic.

People who live on the 5100 block of South Harper Avenue will still be able to get to their homes from 52nd Street.

The large crane and other construction equipment used to build the 180-unit apartment building designed by Jeanne Gang will be removed from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. each day.

The first tenants are expected to move into the building in December.
