CHICAGO — A 29-year-old woman was shot in Pilsen Saturday night, according to police.

The woman was in a parked car with her boyfriend in the 1200 block of West 19th Place at 10:40 p.m. when someone ran up to the car and opened fire, said Officer Janel Sedevic, Chicago police spokeswoman.

She was shot in her right arm and was driven to Mercy Hospital by her boyfriend, Sedevic said. The woman was listed in "stable" condition, Sedevic said.

No arrests have been made as the investigation is ongoing, Sedevic said.
