WEST ENGLEWOOD — Those looking to learn computer basics like how to use Microsoft Office and copy and paste techniques can take part in a free 5-week class starting Tuesday
The beginner's class will run from 9 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Tuesday to Nov. 12 at the Hope Technology and Education Center, 1354 W. 61st St. RSVP by calling 773-424-04370.
The curriculum will include:
• Fundamentals of computers
• Touch keyboard typing
• User IDs and passwords
• Windows operating system
• Copy-and-paste techniques
• Introduction to email, internet and Microsoft Office
• Introduction to flash drives
