LINCOLN PARK — Get to know the city's urban animals by visiting the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum this fall.

The Lincoln Park museum, 2430 N. Cannon Dr., is hosting a new art Exploration, "City Creatures: An Exploration of Chicago's Urban Wildlife," in partnership with the Center for Humans & Nature, beginning Oct. 1 until Jan. 3, 2016.

Expect to see artwork depicting urban animals like dragonflies and water bears — or microscopic invertebrate — as well as wildlife.

"These images are a reminder that we walk among others," the release said.

The exhibit is free with museum admission.
