Police Holding Bike Safety Rodeo in Logan Square Saturday

LOGAN SQUARE — Yeehaw! A bike safety rodeo is in town this weekend.

The Chicago Police Department's 14th District is hosting the safety rodeo Saturday near the intersection of Milwaukee and Fullerton avenues.

The safety event will include helmet fittings, bike safety checks, an obstacle course and raffle prizes.

The event will be held in the parking lot of Liberty Bank, 2392 N. Milwaukee Ave. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Smart Bike Parts, the Bike Ambassadors and 14th District personnel will all be participating in the event.

Liberty Bank and the 14th District community policing office are co-hosts.
