Bet your bottom dollar that after the sun sets the Chicago Park District’s “Night Out in the Parks” programming has the feel-good movie you need to beat the heat: “Annie.” You know the classic story, now share it with your family or sing along at full volume (it’s outside, after all). 2.) Watch "Dirty Dancing" on film and on stage at Millennium Park: Millennium Park's summer film series resumes at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday with "Dirty Dancing." The cast of the musical playing Cadillac Palace Theatre will open the screening with a live performance of "(I've Had) The Time of My Life." So many feels. Jay Pritzker Pavilion, 201 E. Randolph St. 6:30 p.m. Tuesday. Free.

3. Eat Pizza, Drink Beer on a Patio: There's no better way to kick off the week than eating lots of pizza and guzzling a beer — or three. Head to the charming outdoor back patio at Homeslice to do just that. Homeslice, 938 W. Webster Ave. Open until 10 p.m. Mondays.

4. Carve out an Hour for Yourself. Led by a rotating group of instructors from area yoga studios, Wicker Park’s namesake park offers a free outdoor yoga class sponsored by Lululemon in partnership with the park's advisory council and Chicago Park District. Bring a mat or towel and water bottle. From 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., 1425 N. Damen Ave., on the south side of the park near the Schiller Street entrance.

5. Eat A Double Fatso: Watching this video made us want a burger in a bad way. Head over to Fatso's Last Stand for their gut-busting Double Fatso, topped with cheese and grilled onions. Eat it on the picnic table and maybe bike home to burn a few of those calories. Fatso's Last Stand, 2258 W. Chicago Ave.
