Learn About Wildflowers At Lincoln Park Conservancy's Upcoming Free Tours

LINCOLN PARK — Spend your morning learning about wildflowers at one of the Lincoln Park Conservancy two free upcoming tours.

The one-hour tours will be held beginning at 10 a.m. Saturday and Sept. 19 at The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, 125 W. Fullerton Parkway. 

Tour-goers will learn about wildflowers and why they're so important to the environment and wildlife. The tours are geared toward adults. 

There are more than 100 species of native Midwestern wildflowers and grasses to see at The Alfred Caldwell Lily Pool, which is a national historic landmark.
