CHICAGO — After a rainy morning, the clouds have parted and we seem to have ourselves a lovely (perhaps a touch chilly) July afternoon. Here are some ways to enjoy it.

1. Sing-a-long to “Annie” in Skinner Park: The 2014 remake “Annie,” starring Jamie Foxx, Cameron Diaz and others, will be shown under the nighttime sky at Skinner Park Tuesday night. Before the movie, at 6 p.m., catch the Mike Dangeroux Band covering rock and blues hits at a free concert. Movie starts at about 8:30 p.m. Tuesday at Skinner Park, 1331 W. Monroe St. Free.

2. Bring a Picnic and a Jacket to Free Concert in Welles Park: Relive the ‘80s as cover band Part-Time Lover takes to the gazebo stage in Welles Park. Katrina and the Waves’ “Walking on Sunshine” will be totally applicable by the time the concert gets under way at 6:30 p.m. Welles Park, 2333 W. Sunnyside Ave. Free.

3. Watch “Big Night” Outside: The Millennium Park Movie Series will resumes Tuesday night with foodie film favorite “Big Night,” a 1996 Stanley Tucci movie about an Italian restaurant in the 1950s on the Jersey Shore. The film even inspired a dish now served at Formento’s in the West Loop. Rated R. Starts at 6:30 p.m. in Jay Pritzker Pavilion, 201 E. Randolph St. Free.

4. Eat Cheap Tacos On A Patio: Head for the patio at Crew Bar and Grill for $1 taco night. You can choose between chicken, veggie or ground beef tacos, with a choice of rice. Wash it all down with beergartia pints, which are $4.75. Crew Bar and Grill, 4804 N. Broadway.

5. Spend Tuesday at the Polish Triangle: Take the Blue Line home? Get off at Division and play some sidewalk board games as part of "Tuesdays on the Triangle." The weekly event also features the Tsukasa Taiko Drummers and food from Cevapcici and Sweet Cakes Bakery. Runs from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Polish Triangle, the intersection of Ashland, Milwaukee, and Division. Free.
