CHICAGO — It might rain later but let's pretend it won't and make plans outside, ok?

1. Pick Up Fresh Munchies at Loyola Farmers Market: Don’t go home without hopping off the Red Line this afternoon at the Loyola Station to grab some fresh, local produce via the Loyola Farmers Market. Part of the university’s “Summer on the Plaza” [PDF] series, supporting local food businesses never tasted so good. Loyola Red Line, 6550 N. Sheridan Rd., 3-7 p.m., Free.

2. Hit the Pool at River Park: It is hot and sticky today. Finally. Cool off at River Park’s outdoor pool. Day camps have the water booked during the afternoon, but adult swim is scheduled for 5-6 p.m. and family swim 6-7:15 p.m. The complete weekly schedule is posted online [PDF]. River Park, 5100 N. Francisco Ave. Free.

3. Go to a Show in Millennium Park: Millennium Park’s Downtown Sound series continues at 6:30 p.m. Monday with the Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars. A group of former West African refugees, the band (some of them with handmade instruments) will play reggae-inspired “Afro-fusion” tracks after King Sunny Ade backed out. Starts at 6:30 p.m. Monday at Pritzker Pavilion, 201 E. Randolph St. Free.

4. Do Yoga On The Beach: If you ate too many hotdogs this weekend and could use some motion, head to Kathy Osterman Beach tonight for some free yoga. The sand is cozy so no need for a mat unless you really want one. From 7:15-8 p.m. at Kathy Osterman Beach, 5800 N. Lake Shore Drive. Free.

5. Watch Spider Man in the Park: "The Amazing Spiderman" starring Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone plays at Nat King Cole Park Monday night. Grab a blanket and some snacks. And don't forget the kids! Starts at 8:30 p.m. at Nat King Cole Park, 361 E. 85th St. Free.
