CHICAGO — The third annual Brown Dog Picnic is coming to West Town.

The picnic, which will have food and adoptable dogs, goes from noon to 5 p.m. July 11 at Upton's Breakroom, a vegetarian and vegan restaurant at 2054 W. Grand Ave. in West Town.
