NORWOOD PARK — Yoga lovers can perfect their Half Moon Pose under the stars at three events in Norwood Park, officials said.
As part of the Chicago Park District's Night Out in the Parks series, organizers promise a night of "exhilarating" yoga from 7:15-8 p.m. Wednesdays, July 8 and July 15, at Norwood Circle Park, 7117 W. Peterson Ave., designed to heal participants' minds, bodies and souls.
The sessions, designed for all ages, are free.
Other events in the Night Out in the Parks program include a Night Out for Teens age 13 to 18 from 6-8 p.m. July 10 at Jefferson Memorial Park, 4822 N. Long Ave.
