DOWNTOWN — Some people bike to work. This man put work on his bike.

Scott Rench, a Humboldt Park resident who equipped his bicycle with a work desk, will be pedaling Chicago streets soon to promote the Chicago Bike Week starting Friday.

The bicycle will be riding along some of the city's most familiar spots, and advertising agency Havas Chicago has a promotional video that features cameos of some of Chicago's best-known landmarks. Rench is a senior art director at Havas.

Anyone who sees the bike desk in action is encouraged to submit their photos via social media using the hashtag #BikeDesk, according to Havas. Otherwise, just try to stay out of the way while the man is at work.
