NEAR WEST SIDE — Police are warning Near West Side residents of two recent robberies.
In both incidents men approached the victims and produced a "small, pointed object" and then robbed the victims, police said.
The robberies occurred at:
• 9:30 p.m. May 13 in the 2300 block of West Madison Street
• 11 p.m. May 18 in the 2100 block of West Madison Street
Anyone with information about the robberies is asked to call police at 312-747-8382.
