LINCOLN SQUARE — If a $179 million Picasso is just a bit outside your budget, Chicago Printmakers Collaborative has the art sale for you.
Pick up original fine art prints, posters, t-shirts and more at CPC's blow-out $20 Cash 'n' Carry sale.
The sale kicks off Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and runs through July 18, 4642 N. Western Ave.
Among the lithographs, etchings and screenprints for sale is a collection of prints from David Driesbach. He's shipped most of his archived work off to museums, but saved 100 prints for CPC's sale, on view on Instagram.
As added incentive to shop the sale early, CPC has teamed with neighboring Baker Miller on an opening day deal. Buy a print from CPC and a treat from Baker Miller, 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., and receive a complimentary commemorative bonus print and cookie from each.
Regular hours for the sale will be Fridays and Saturdays, noon to 5 p.m. and by appointment.
