WEST LOOP — A spring culinary trip to Spain influenced Next Restaurant's latest reincarnation, chefs shared in a YouTube video posted Monday.

Tickets to Next: Tapas, the concept that debuts Saturday at Next Restaurant, are now on sale. Tapas, developed by chefs Grant Achatz, Dave Beran and Mike Bagale, closes Sept. 6.

The West Loop fine dining restaurant, known for its revolving themes, earlier described Tapas as "a simple and raucous flow of a few dozen bites descends on your table satisfying the savory, salty, bitter and sweet." Weather permitting, Tapas will utilize the sidewalk space near the restaurant to start the culinary adventure.

In the YouTube video, the three chefs share photos from their Spanish journey, which included stops in Marbella, Barcelona and San Sebastian.

The Tapas menu is priced at $70 to $110 per person. A standard wine pairing is an additional $75 per person, with other beverage options available.

Season tickets for the 2015 season, which also includes Bistro, through May 10, and Terroir, debuting Sept. 12, went on sale in December.

The restaurant sells tickets in advance instead of offering reservations. A 20 percent service charge is also added at the time of purchase.

All ticket sales are final, according to the website. However, like sports or theater tickets, the tickets can be resold.

The restaurant, at 953 W. Fulton St., opened in April 2011 with Paris: 1906, it's first menu.
