ENGLEWOOD — South Side residents can share stories Saturday at Kusanya Cafe.
"Do Not Submit" is a series of free open mics happening once a month in neighborhoods like Englewood, Lincoln Park, Pilsen, Woodlawn and more. People are encouraged to connect with other residents by sharing personal stories. Anyone can speak or just listen.
Saturday's event at Kusanya Cafe, 825 W. 69th St., is from 3-5:30 p.m. Those who want to share can sign up when they arrive. They will get seven minutes to tell any story they like.
