CHICAGO — A 5-year-old girl was among six wounded in shootings since Wednesday afternoon, police said.

The girl was in good condition after being shot in her Englewood home.

A 32-year-old man was shot in the back twice on the Near West Side.

• Around 5:20 p.m. in Auburn Gresham, a 38-year-old was in the 8000 block of South Ashland Avenue when a blue car parked alongside him and someone inside fired shots, Gaines said.

He was shot in the arm and taken to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, Gaines said.

According to police, the man is a documented gang member.

• In Austin at 3:53 p.m., a 53-year-old man was walking in the 1500 block of North Lawler Avenue when someone in a passing black car fired shots, striking the man in the leg, Gaines said.

The man's condition and hospital information were not available.

• In Roseland at 12:10 p.m., two men, both 22, were sitting in their car in the 200 block of East 107th Street when someone in a passing car shot them, Gaines said.

The men drove themselves to Roseland Community Hospital, Gaines said.

One man was shot in the arm and listed in good condition, and the other was shot in the left eye and listed in fair condition, Gaines said.
