LOGAN SQUARE — A growing collection of construction photos is offering fans of Bow Truss coffee a sneak peek at the new Logan Square location ahead of opening day.
The new shop, Bow Truss' fourth location (not including one currently in the works downtown), is in the process of interior construction and design at 2631 N. Kedzie Ave., after shop owners announced the opening in November 2014.
Bow Truss has since been taking its time with opening in Logan Square, Tadros said in March. Plans for the shop include a similar style to other Bow Truss locations in Chicago, along with some “organic uniqueness” from the neighborhood, he said.
