COOK COUNTY CRIMINAL COURTHOUSE — A second man has been charged for a triple homicide in Little Village two years ago, prosecutors said Friday.

Around 3 a.m. on June 19, 2010, police found Barry Smith (45), Leon Smith (28) and Waseem Smith (25) shot dead at the end of a one-way street, two sitting in separate cars and one man lying on the ground nearby, according to Assistant State's Attorney Barry Quinn.

Arsenio Harden, 26, and Felix Hollimon (27, who was charged on April 4) allegedly received a ride to buy some marijuana on the night of June 18, 2010. Quinn said that when they reached their destination on the 2200 block of South Springfield Ave., Harden got out of the car first and fired multiple shots into another parked car at the dead end.

Hollimon then exited the car and shot into another parked car, Quinn said. Then both men got back into the car and left.

Afterwards, both Hollimon and Harden washed their hands and arms with bleach, according to Quinn. Hollimon allegedly threatened a witness, saying he knew who the witness' brother and son were.

When asked about the incident the next day, Harden allegedly responded, "We took care of business."

Judge Donald Panarese Jr. ordered Harden to be held without bail.
