LINCOLN SQUARE — Can't wait for Taco in a Bag to open, Lincoln Square?

You don't have to.

Owners of the souped-up-nacho eatery — coming really really soon to 4603 N. Lincoln Ave. — have rolled out their food truck and will be hitting up the Square on Thursday with free grub.

Still not sure what Taco in a Bag is? Clearly you're not alone, which is why the restaurant put together a tongue-in-cheek educational video.

"We cook, eat and save the world from boring food," explained co-owner Tim "Gravy" Brown, a former competitive eating champ along with business partner Pat "Deep Dish" Bertoletti.

"Taco in a bag was a creation of ours born on a Food Network show, and slow baked to perfection in the far reaches of the northwest suburbs," he said.

"The concept is simple: Homemade bite-sized corn chips at the bottom, inventive sauces and fresh-out-of-the-box toppings all in the big silver spaceship of a bag whose prime directive is to fly right from your fork directly into your mouth."
