LINCOLN PARK — These Girl Scouts have taken their selling campaign to the next level.

Unless you "know a guy," it can be hit or miss come Girl Scout Cookie season.

Sometimes you might be lucky enough to spot an industrious entrepreneur who has set up a table outside a grocery store or other fine retailer.

Often, cookie lovers spot those tables while cruising by in their vehicles, and it is just not practical to stop.

These Lincoln Park Girl Scouts have a solution: a drive-thru service with the freshest cookies delivered right to the driver's side window.

Everyone knows Samoas are tops, but the whole group of Tagalongs, Thin Mints, etc. were available for $4.

The business was set up along the sidewalk of Sheffield Avenue just south of Belden Avenue.

Drivers were instructed to pull into the alley for drive-thru service.

Let's hope these innovative Scouts have the same success as Danielle Lei, a San Francisco Scout who cleaned house with her setup outside a marijuana dispensary.

Lei sold 208 boxes in a two-hour period, according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
