Police Searching For Two Missing South Side Teens

CHICAGO — Police are asking for the public's help in locating two teens missing from the city's South Side, including one 14-year-old girl who has been missing for more than a week. 

According to a missing persons alert, 14-year-old Citali Favela was last seen March 8 in the 6000 block of South Mozart Avenue vicinity of the Chicago Lawn neighborhood. 

Favela is described as a 5-foot, 100-pound Hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, blue jeans and black shoes according to reports. 

Approximately two miles south, Stepahnie Zaragoza, 16, was last seen Wednesday, March 11 near Harper High School at 6520 South Wood Street in the Englewood neighbood. 

She is described as being a 5-feet, 3-inches tall, 160 pound Hispanic female with brown eyes and black hair. According to the missing persons alert, she was last seen wearing a black North Face jacket, black leggings and black Nike brand shoes emblazoned with a white Nike logo.
