CHICAGO — Police are warning Belmont Cragin residents of a teen who fondled a woman and exposed himself to another woman in the neighborhood.

At 8:35 a.m. Monday, the teen walked up to a 38-year-old woman walking alone in the 3000 block of North Mason Avenue and tried to start a sexually explicit conversation with her.

He then exposed himself before continuing to walk southbound on Mason, police said.

An hour later, the teen walked up behind a 36-year-old woman walking southbound in the 2200 block of North Mango Avenue and grabbed her buttocks and groin, officials said.

When the woman turned, the man pulled down his pants and began masturbating, police said. The woman ran away and the man walked eastbound on Palmer.

The teen was described as Hispanic, between ages 16 and 18, 5-foot 7, weighing 135-170 pounds, with brown hair, a light complexion and a black hooded sweatshirt.

Police asked anyone with information to call 312-744-8261.
