SOUTH LOOP — At long last, The Spoke & Bird is boozing and cruising in the South Loop.
The cyclist-centric restaurant at 18th Street and Indiana Avenue had a "soft" reopening Tuesday after securing a liquor license and undergoing extensive renovations.
