CHICAGO — Brown Line commuters should allow extra time when they travel this Sunday as Brown Line trains are being rerouted.

Track maintenance will reroute Brown Line trains to the State Street subway from 5 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, the CTA said in a press release.

During the reroute, trains will serve each station between Roosevelt and North/Clybourn in both directions. Brown Line trains will operate normally between Kimball and Fullerton, the CTA said.

Free shuttle buses will also make stops at or near Brown Line stations between Fullerton and Clark/Lake. A shuttle train will be available around the Loop for connections to Brown Line service in the subway and to the shuttle buses at Clark/Lake for Loop and Downtown commuters, the CTA said.
