GRAND CROSSING — Young performers from across the city will come together on Feb. 27 to celebrate Black History Month at the Gary Comer Youth Center.
The ninth annual "Black Youth Story" will bring in young performers to celebrate African-American culture, history and accomplishments through their own perspectives. The event will take place at the center, 7200 S. Ingleside Ave., from 6:30-8 p.m. The performance is free, but attendees must RSVP.
For tickets, contact Ms. Haynes at shaynes@gcychome.org or call 773-358-4100.
