CHICAGO— A man was intentionally struck by a driver in Belmont Cragin Sunday night, police said.

The 53-year-old man was hit near Diversey and Lavergne avenues about 7:30 p.m., said Officer Ana Pacheco, a Chicago Police spokeswoman.

The man was taken to Illinois Masonic Medical Center where he was listed in grave condition, Pacheco said.

No one is in custody, and police are investigating.
