CHICAGO — Police are warning Humboldt Park residents of robberies in January and February.

In the incidents, the robbers took cellphones, purses, IDs, credit cards and other personal items from victims by using force or showing a handgun, according to a community alert released Tuesday.

The men drive a dark-colored van, police said.

The robberies occurred at:

• 10:55 p.m. Feb. 3 in the 4100 block of West Jackson Boulevard

• 9:15 p.m. Jan. 30 in the 3800 block of West Chicago Avenue

• 7:30 p.m. Jan 15 in the 500 block of North Avers Avenue

• 12:30 p.m. Jan. 12 in the 300 block of South Sacramento Avenue
