HYDE PARK — Former advisor to President Barack Obama David Axelrod will talk about his new book Feb. 16 at the University of Chicago.

Axelrod will read from “Believer: My Forty Years in Politics” at 6 p.m. at the International House, 1414 E. 59th St. on the University of Chicago campus.

He will talk about starting his career investigating Chicago’s political corruption and his eventual rise to advising Obama to the presidency.

The event is free and open to the public. Seats can be reserved here.
