CHICAGO — Don't let Saturday's warm temperatures fool you.
The Chicago area is expected to receive up to 3 inches of snow tomorrow, the National Weather Service said. That's despite a predicted high of 42 degrees Saturday.
It will begin as a mix of snow and sleet, dumping up to 4 inches in areas near the Wisconsin border. But Chicago will see up to half an inch come Sunday morning, with more snow falling throughout the day, the National Weather Service predicted.
As the area receives 1 to 3 inches of snow, winds could gust up to 30 mph.
There is a slight chance of snow in the first few days of the week, with temperatures hovering around 30. Things will warm up a little bit Wednesday, with an expected high of 36.
