ROSCOE VILLAGE — When you're a tavern, throwing yourself a party is easy — you're already in the business of plying people with food and drinks.

For its 16th anniversary celebration on Sunday, Four Moon, 1847 W. Roscoe St., is promising "something special from Lagunitas," a firkin of Solemn Oath Telegraph Scotch Ale and other rare beers on tap from 10 a.m.-2 a.m.

Announced brews include Half Acre Big Hugs, Oskar Blues Ten Fidy and Surly Over Rated.

A prize raffle starts at 6 p.m.

Local actors Tom Clark, Scott Cummins, Steve Herson and Matt Kozlowski opened Four Moon in 1999 as a way to earn a steadier income.

A fifth partner, Robbie Lane, came on board shortly thereafter to run the bar's kitchen, with her sloppy joes earning a visit from Chicago's Best TV in 2011.
