Polish National Alliance Donates 200 Toys to Hospital, Women's Center

SAUGANASH — The Polish National Alliance collected 200 toys during its annual Christmas drive, organizers said.

The toys, games, stuffed animals and books donated by the Sauganash-based insurance firm to pediatric patients at Our Lady of Resurrection Medical Center in Portage Park and the Women's Health Center in Forest Glen.

The toys were collected at the Polish National Alliance bank branches in Niles and Archer Heights as well as the group's headquarters from November through the second week of December.

The drive was organized by Vice President Paul Odrobina and his assistant Joan Oskorep at the direction of President Frank Spula.
