BRIDGEPORT — Virtually any consumer product can be delivered to your door within a matter of days.

How does that happen, exactly?

A seminar at the Br. David Darst Center in Bridgeport aims to answer that question and more, including who makes the goods we consume, how those workers are treated and the importance of "supply chain transparency."

Led by Rosa Kang from Chicago Fair Trade and Howard Rosing from DePaul University, the discussion takes place 6:30-8 p.m. Wednesday at the center, 2834 S. Normal Ave.

Anyone looking to attend is asked to RSVP by calling 312-225-3099 or emailing engagement(at)darstcenter.org
