CHICAGO — Three men were wounded, one critically, in shootings across the city Monday, police said.

In the latest shooting, a man was shot shortly after 1 p.m. in Rogers Park.

Two hours earlier, a man was critically wounded during a domestic dispute in Washington Park, said Officer Thomas Sweeney, a Chicago police spokesman.

At 11:09 a.m., police responded to calls of two men engaged in an argument in the 6100 block of South Wabash Avenue. During the argument, one man shot a 25-year-old man in his head and chest, Sweeney said.

The man was transported to Stroger Hospital in critical condition.

Police said the shooter, who is not in custody, is the victim's sister's fiancé.

In North Lawndale at 11:55 a.m., a 20-year-old man was shot in his back and arm in the 3100 block of West Fillmore Street, Sweeney said.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai in good condition.

No one is in custody.
