PORTAGE PARK — Planning on loading up on Thanksgiving? Clear some room in your stomach the weekend before with the annual Turkey Trot at Portage Park.
The one-mile fun run/walk will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Portage Park, 4100 N. Long Ave.
The event is free and open to all ages.
The race begins in front of the Portage Park Cultural Center.
