CHICAGO — A 22-year-old man was shot in Gage Park Tuesday night.

Around 7:30 p.m., the man was standing in the 3000 block of West 53rd Street when someone approached and fired shots, striking him in the leg, said Officer Jose Estrada, a Chicago Police spokesman.

The man was taken to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he was listed in good condition, Estrada said.

No one is in custody for the shooting, which appears to be gang related, Estrada said.
